Fish deserves some credit right now.
I think he is the biggest variable now. If he is willing to sit people and play those who do what he asks, it is good long-term and could produce extra wins this season too.
excuses for labron, chuck and reggie are suspect

See its not all about starting the guys who can score and do nothing else
Out starting lineup had one scorer in it. I'm not sure what you're getting at.
Yea we are tied with the Cavs? What does that say? We don't need to start offensive players only to win
I'm not sure what connection you are trying to make. That shitty starting lineup put us in a 10 pt hole. The same way the shitty lineup let us go -20 over a stretch last night. The point is always have 2nd and 3rd options otherwise you are going to get shut down by the teams that play real D, plain and simple.
Amare living up to his IQ

Dude this isn't hockey....its not about shifts, its about getting your best players and combos out there as much as possible. Soften up the D. Get off to a good start. You can't have Melo out there with 4 other guys that can't take any scoring burden off of him. The idea of throwing 3 talented scorers out there at the start is make us difficult to guard. Who's the ball going to go to? people won't respect this offense till you make it tough to guard. Then you can figure out the best mixing and matching. I'm not worried about scoring punch of the bench specifically- you just need to always make sure there are 2 guys out there that are threats. Last night we went from a good start to extended amounts of time with lineups of no one who could threaten the defense.
It will all make sense once Calderon returns. Right now we got to make due with those 5. Not start Amare. We need his consistent offense to stabilize our unstable bench. And most importantly not get in Melo's way
Amare is braindead you have to know how much time is on the clock
LOL, Amare with no clue that shot clock is low. Low basketball IQ is his downfall. His efficient scoring is canceled out by all the turnovers and mistakes.
JR completely ignored a Wear cut to the basket.
Bad breakdown at the end of the half.
Knicks only down 2. Lebron kind of playing nervously 1/9. Cavs look week out there. Lebron giving the ball up...just a bit choppy.

One of the dumbest players in the game
Bad coaching by Fish. You choose Pablo over Shump. Let Shump do the one thing he is better than the other guards at.
Nice run. Cole and Acy out there together was fun. Also Wear looks really good.
Teams will be better in terms of chemistry plays like that than us but the Knicks are fighting in this game and it's good to see. They got their confidence going and played tougher D.

Lebron very rarely fizzles over a whole game though. He typically comes back hard after poor first halfs.
Cole for starter also nice defense by wear

That's why I'm confused as to why you said that in the first place. I thought you were implying that fish wants just scorers in the SL
No No.
I was referring to blanket statements like play your best players.
Thats fine but usually your best players also play great defense and don't share the same space on the floor. Usually they compliment each other inside/out
Well I certainly didn't expect to be down only 2 at the half
If we can remain competitive throughout the entire game I'm willing to overlook last nights debacle as a learning experience. That's a big IF.
