Knicks · Knickerbockers: Again choking! home games away, On their way joining LAL,76ers worst NBA records by Christmas 2014 (page 1)

Wed. 11/12/2014 Knick home game host The 2-6 Orlando Magic, does anyone on this board feel NY Knicks will be able to win that game?

NBA STANDINGS 2014/15:
http://www.nba.com/standings/team_record...

Come on now they<knicks> are wasting ALL THESE home games again and look on their faces spell DEFEAT REGGIE Miller style.

KNICKS get pressured and knocked around, competing feebly without any desire to fight for anything for 4QTRs to win a NBA game. These Knicks including coach are saying all right things without much panic yet but are they kidding ? playing so so at home, Only the BULLs were formidable team talentwise to come here.

FL_uck the Triangle Offense DONT BLAME The Triangle for poor play outside the triangle as many of knickerbockers already using
excuses when the suit up and lose games. Other than BULLs if Knicks didnt beat CAVs in cleveland they'd be 1-7. Hornets nearly
won and they'd be 0-8 !. 76ers at least got excuse of being young towards the future.

I don't like this ! one bit. Not at all. Nope no no won't do .. at least tank out with some pride and passion ...
Brooklyn Nets, Hawks, Wizards, and Pistons (prior winless) I dont call the BEAST of NBA hoops.

Newyorkers and fans are use to having team with a need to perform and right now recordwise this will spiral to hell unless Knicks get
to being tougher, especially in their fl_ipping gym. Knicks should be angry but aint.

This isn't a tough bunch of Knick guys at all !

Disappointed all T.Hardaway Jr seem to be able to do is shoot, cant pass, cant defend yet.
Disappointed in Fisher laid back start and end of games like "Everything is fine mode".
Disappointed in Melo Anthony your star player doesnt seem like a superstar with $$ these days.
Disappointed in Nyk big man play. Disappointed in seeing NY wailing 3's and 2's and lowest pct. in makes.
Disappointed in other teams smile and laughing like they CANT WAIT to play Knickerbockers who struggles bother them very little
based on post game comments.
Disappointed in guard play once again, Shumpert is only guard whom presents some effort for 4 Quarters.
Dissapointed in JR Smith .. his crap, his FL_uckin' suspension his demeanor about his play, passing but is as reliable as
used Ford automobile. JR Smith much too comfortable here. See why Phil J wanted to move him out.
Dissappointed they all want use excuse Jose Calderone & Andrea aint here but when back its their best chance to win.
we aint talking Duncan & Parker, Rose & Noah missing.

You'd tank better than knicks showing! Its early but I dont like the feeling of wondering we're going to win a home game OR not ?
not used to this again perforances at Garden

90% of this roster is gone next year and everyone knows it. The Knicks need a high draft pick to add to the talent pool and to go along with all that FA money. Bottom line is It is what it is.

Our schedule has been tough- compressed games and all versus playoff teams: Bulls, Cavs, Hornets, Wizards, Pistons, Nets, Hawks, Hawks. Trying to learn a new system with no practice time isn't going to end well. We're not a good team anyways, but the schedule probably made us look worse than we are. Next 6 games should give us a better idea of how bad we are:

Magic, Jazz, TKF's Nuggets (who look awful this season), Bucks (better than expected), Wolves, 76ers. If we lose most of those then is the time for this thread.

The Pistons are not a playoff team...they were winless before they played us. And we actually beat the cavs and Hornets so the schedule was handled better than expected. But this is a garbage roster, one that wont have the mnajority of these players returning.

I want the number one pick. As a fan you always want your team to do well so I'm hoping for losses and a lot of them.
Solace @ 11/12/2014 11:25 AM
It's probably going to get worse before it gets better. The biggest problem we've had for 15 years is being mediocre. Which gives no opportunity to advance and you stay there. I think we have a plan and I think we're not looking at anything close to a finished product. I'm just peeking in from time to time, but not giving much attention until there is a reason to. I think it's happier that way. I've been through enough mediocrity to not need to pay attention right now. I wouldn't put a lot into it because we might need to fall on our face to move forward.

Worse than that- the years in which we were AWFUL we had already given away our pick (last season, LaMarcus Aldridge draft, Joakim Noah draft). If this offseason goes wrong, we will likely be awful next year (no pick!)

we don't have enough cap space to fill 90% of the roster, in fact i believe 75% of the roster will be here if we make the playoffs....why would you change 90% of your roster then spend another yr teaching the triangle

90% wasn't supposed to be an actual representation. I simply meant most of this team is out the door after this season.

Interestingly, Phil basically said the players have until December before he starts shipping asses out- (he's dividing players into learners and non-learners. Farewell JR, farewell Amar'e

Right true. I kinda lumped that into being mediocre. But right, a few times we didn't keep our high first rounders. Awful.

The problem is the few times we made a little progress, Dolan got involved or he got impatient. I'm hoping Phil is the one guy with the credentials where Dolan will truly stay out. To be honest, if Phil fails due to Dolan's involvement, I think I'm out. Let Phil execute his plan even if it takes a while or doesn't show results for a few years and stay out.

Anyway, I'm watching WWE until the Knicks give me a reason to pay them more attention.
