Knicks · There Are People Here Who Don't Watch Every Minute Of Every Game??? (page 1)

I am stunned. I feel like I am at a Miami Heat fan site.
Reading through a number of these posts, there are guys who with no shame at all admit that they do not watch every second of every game. "I tuned in to the fourth quarter last night"..."I tune in to a game here and there"..."I won't be watching many games this year" Are you Jet fans or Knick fans, for God's sake!
This has to be said and I'll be the one to say it:
If you do not watch every minute of every Knick game, you are not a fan of the team. Period. So let it be written, so let it be done. No shoes, no shirt, no dice.
I watch every single second of every single game. Summer league, pre-season, regular season (I won't write playoffs because, well, you can figure it out). I haven't missed a Knick game in a decade.
I even watch the pre-game show, the half-time show (I love Bill Pidto's 150), the Geico Post-game show, the Ford Knicks Extra show. I love my team. I assume you also love your team. How can you then not watch your team?
How the hell can you not watch your team?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you my friend are quite disturbed

Because I watch my team?
Obviously no one can watch every Met or Yankee game, but all Giants and Knicks games can easily be watched. (West coast games or work or have something can't get out of, DVR and watch when can.)

Some addictions are quite harmless. To watch every minute of Knicks game is better that drinking, smoking, drags, painkillers, gambling, and even glue sniffing. Keep it going man!!!

Duly noted.
Just out of curiosity . . . have you listened to every track by JD and the Straight Shot?

It's a great group of fans here and the knick talk is good in my opinion. I don't care how often someone watches the Knicks but I do hate when someone praises or trashes a guy based on the box score and stats. There is too much that happens on the court during the game to evaluate guys without seeing them play.

I can't watch this team without drinking, so it's not better for me.

It gets me more mad when people think their eyes are enough (since they are so smart) and don't look at the actual numbers being produced.

I heard that some people blink and miss several seconds of each game. Lazy, despicable fans!

Not FireWoodson!
Every damn nano-second goes straight into his eyeballs.
Blinking is for loosers!

I disagree. Maybe some balance is needed but some here post about things they haven't seen. There is an ebb and flow to a basketball game. Not everything shows up in a box score.

You need both because some times what you see or choose to see is not the same as what others see. That's when you go to th advance stats.
And don't just cherry pick stats to suite your argument
