Melo is not holding the team accountable for effort.. There is a reason guys like dirk and Tim Duncan don't need super stars around them to atleast compete and make the playoffs ... It's because they expect there teammates to play as hard as they do and give it there all... This is why melo isn't able to take it to the next level like the two mentioned above.. The only way we win is if melo drasticly changes his me me me aditude or he needs to become the second or pref third option.
