We have the 3rd most Lotto balls. We are right on Detroit's tail for 2nd!
I've been leaning towards Towns over Ok4 so this is very exciting!

If we end of improving a little during the season and don't land in the top 5, D'Angelo Russell could be a great option. He looks really good and can play both the SG and PG for stretches. He can also really shoot it. I think he's going to be a really good player. Turner is another great option if we go big.
just outta curiosity bro.. why are you leaning towns?

OK4 looks like his offense is NBA ready but Towns from what I've seen and heard from people that follow him at St. Joe's is a stat sheet stuffer. Like Anthony Davis he should score, rebound, defend, block shots and pass at a high level. 7'0, great body, prototypical center with a multitude of skills.
Thats how I feel now but I'm going to make it a point to evaluate both closely especially when they go head to head. If Ok4 is the guy I got no issues with that. He is an extremely efficient scorer, so-so rebounder. I want to see what he can do elsewhere and if he work on his body.
our luck we will probably draft another SF though
yea... Im pretty much an anti-tank but this franchise really really needs an injection of youth, and I mean a blue chip player, not more guys like Wear and Early. Hopefully we dont phuck it up and get handed something like OK4 even the Knicks can screw up
I'd like for once for us to have one of the league's five best centers or PGs.
Hoping Phil Santa Clause can make that happen.

Nothing would make me happier than getting one of these guys. I'm been waiting for this for 15yrs. Our first blue chip player since Ewing
The great thing is Philly probably won't take ok4 or Towns
Just gotta finish ahead of Charlotte & Detroit.
it would be great to finish in the top 3
The guys I would be interested in to this point top 10 I dont think I have to go past there
#1 Jahill Okafor PF/C
#2 Towns PF/C
#3 Mudiay PG
#4 Dakari Johnson C
#5 Frank Kaminsky C/PF
#6 Chris McCullough PF
#7 Daniel Hamilton SG
#8 Deangelo Russell PG
#9 Willie Stein C
#10 Montrell Hazzell PF
I would say anyone could be shifted sans Ok4 who is clearly #1.

Those are cant miss. Top 3 would be a coup
I just wish Towns was playing more minutes, it's hard to get a good feel for a player in only 18 mpg.
I hope we have some sort of fire sale after Dec 15 and they start reducing Melo's minutes. They can always use the back spasms, knees and shoulders as an excuse
I want a blue chip C or PG.

yea thats annoying Kentucky is stacked in the front court but if an nba team knows what they are doing they should not F up by drafting him
The last time I wanted the Knicks to draft a center really bad they passed up on Bynum for Frye & fell out of the running for Bogut

Another thing, Briggs high regard for Towns also validates what I've seen and heard about him. Can't go wrong with he or Ok4. Mudiay I don't care for because I don't see Phil drafting that kind of PG

i was only asking because i wondered how many times youve seen the guys play. i havent seen ok4 once yet, but i have seen towns. off initial gut feeling.. towns is going to be good but he's going to take a pretty long time to develop, not as quickly as anthony davis. demarcus cousins took a while too. ill see ok4 and see what i think.
I can see Phil taking Mudiay. Need that all around player from the SG spot.

They would probably trade Noel and take Towns who has more offensive high post potential.

I've seen Ok4 being compared to Cousins actually. Cousins came in with a polished offensive game. He is a beast now that he matured. Both have the same build and height too. Like Cousins I'm not sure if he is a C or PF but that shouldn't be an issue since he is so polished offensively. Need to see how he rebounds. Not overly impressed with his rebounding so far but if he improves than people will start comparing him to Duncan. Also at 6'11 270 you gotta monitor his weight. Will he balloon to 300 or will he turn that baby fat into lean muscle

Don't forget they still have Joel Embid. I will be pissed if they draft either Towns or Ok4
