It's dated 11/28 which may not include

OKC game Wear was + 11 [Melo didn't play]

Heat game Wear was +6 and Melo +1

Nets game Wear was +2 and Melo -3

You say they all stink which is true

I also think your link is comparing +/- within the team

Whereas the link I dropped is calculating total +/-

Throughout the season, thus drawing the conclusion Wear has played

More positive minutes than any other players on our team

We're a winning team with Wear on the court right or are you thinking there's something more to this

I like Wear, and I hope we are grooming him for a larger role at another time. First 19 games is about what you got in a new system with contract guys.

Whether you should extend the rope more along with Per 36

Conversely you don't want to use +/- in determining

If another player is better than the field

we don't see in practice whats up, and young players can't just come in and play 36 minutes. They get gassed, make mistakes and the numbers go down.
They are in short spurts and go all out, so that skew's the numbers a bit.

I want Wear to play more minutes

You can increase Rolly Pollie's minutes for all I care play him fiddy minutes

With that said it's imperative play Wear more so we know what's going with this kid

When he is on the floor it basically signifies our need for someone that can play within the offense and give effort on defense.
