gallinari? the guy didn't play for 17 months due to a tough injury. when he was healthy he was a very very good player with what was a fair contract-- a good investment but you can't predict injury. you want to go there, ok: is faried worth the money the nuggets are paying him? how about 30-year-old melo: is the melo contract a fair contract?
but i'll give you an out so you don't have to be forced to eat your own vomick yet again:
wear is a similar type of player to gallinari in that the team tends to do better when wear is on the floor-- it has NOTHING, ZERO to do with wear being "surrounded by talent."
