gallinari? the guy didn't play for 17 months due to a tough injury. when he was healthy he was a very very good player with what was a fair contract-- a good investment but you can't predict injury. you want to go there, ok: is faried worth the money the nuggets are paying him? how about 30-year-old melo: is the melo contract a fair contract?

but i'll give you an out so you don't have to be forced to eat your own vomick yet again:

wear is a similar type of player to gallinari in that the team tends to do better when wear is on the floor-- it has NOTHING, ZERO to do with wear being "surrounded by talent."

Wear is thinking the game.
He is not there to show up his something.
He is on the court to work.
This what I respect from bbal player.
Look at any of the top teams in NBA.
They come up to make a collective team statement every game.
Character first and skills second... Not following this for 15 years is the Knicks.
