Varejao earns a pretty penny, but if you play him he is active, productive and triangle friendly.
Dion Waiters is an asset that could be moved later on for young talent or he might actually get his shot to prove how good he thinks he is.
No draft picks need to exchange hands. This is the trade that gets us all what we need. A true culture change and a clean slate to get Phil and fisher what they need to be successful.

I think if cavs sniff Love might bolt and his desire is to play in NY or LA, but we can get his bird rights we do a deal like that.
The rest of the trade I don't think benefits Clev. JR is a down grade for waiters. Varajao is there starting center. Dalembert is garbage.
ANy of this happens in February if it ever does. Cavs have a long way to go before judgement.
I agree that you dont need a great C, but you need someone. Without Varejao they have nothing left. At least Dalambert gives them a body.
I think a trade would be better sooner rather than later for Cleveland because they will need time to adjust to Melo.
While I don't love Love for NY. He is an accomplished scorer and rebounder and I think he would fit the triangle well.
Can you picture a front court of Stat, love and Bargnani?

That is a no doubt contending team right there, and this trade fits both team, I will be praying that that on December 15th some how Pjax makes this happen
