If we had Tyson Chandler--we be getting two number 1 picks. That being said--they probably could use Dalembart.(for substantially less)

Maybe but they don't have any picks to give until 2018 I think.

This Tyson trade fantasy has got to stop- no one would give up two first for him, he's 30 and in a contract year. Why are people pretending that we could have traded him for a million draft picks.
bogut is usually out indefinitely at this point in every season
If we still had John Gianelli would could get pick, and Barnes from them!!!!

Agree. That is quite a stretch. Also, Tyson was bad last year. Not sure that he is revitalized if he is counted onto be a leader in the situation the team is in now while Phil waited for the perfect time for another team to make an obscene offer for a guy on an expiring contract..
Nuggets should probably pounce
Javele and Hickson for David Lee
Bargs and Dalembert aka 2 expirings for Lee....Dalembert could start for golden state in the same role as bogut
Can NY get him? Bogut, I mean.
why would GS trade LEe now? Makes no sense.

It doesn't on the surface, but golden state is the best team in basketball. They don't need Lee messing up the flow. Lee is a nba starter when healthy. Right now he's not going to take any minutes away from anybody in their rotation. They don't need that. They don't need to make a trade to bring anyone in. They could use a throw away starter like Dalembert to play bogut role... and they do have room for Bargnani on their injured reserve as an expiring deal/wild card player that may or may not contribute it doesn't matter....so it can make sense. Will it happen is another story

errrr... what exactly do we get out of that? No cap space for the offseason?

Lee makes 15 million next year. NO WAY does Phil want to trade for this guy. Age 31. Stop with these stupid trades. What are you 8 yrs old? There is a salary cap in basketball. Go back on that sabbatical you were on.
