I don't necessarily agree with any site--I do my own homework but their mocks are usually pretty good-- better than DX. Its interesting that they precipitously dropped Towns when he has not played in a week and the players that jumped him Johnson Turner and Winslow didnt do anything special this week. It kind of goes along with something I wrote yesterday--that after pick #2 down to 15(or even lower) or so--its beauty in the eye of the beholder--that this draft does not look that great on surface. There are some nice pieces and its still relatively early in the year--in the last few years weve seen some players come out of no where--Damian Lillard comes to mind but this draft other than pick #1--atleast to me has no true framework to it.
We simply cant watch Mudiay and we only get to see 15 minute snippets of Towns Stein etc.. anyone on Kentucky. Ive seen Stanley Johnson play 3 times--hes a good player but nothing that I would love to have--nothing spectacular there. Myles Turner doesnt run right and hes raw Justice Winslow--no. A guy to keep an eye on is Kelly Oubre from Kansas--even before the season I knew he might be an interesting piece with more upside than some of these guys ahead of him. I havent seen anything from the two foreign guys and I dont know if there are any other late foreign guys like Nurkic last year who will come into play? I think with Towns hes somewhere between a C and PF--he reminds me a little of Bynum--but AB was all of 7-1 275 with longer arms and whe he came out--more athletic. Somehow someway I hope we get pick #1.
We should land a top 3 pick. Regardless of that we need to take Gerald Wallace contract for one of Boston's picks and draft Dakari Johnson. Ok4 or Towns and Johnson would set our front court. Then we could sign Dragic. If we land Mudiay then we don't sign Dragic but go after a PF to pair with Johnson.
Kind of reminds me of the year DeAndre Jordan dominated the first overall pick and was picked in the second round.

We are still paying for the Melo trade.
So do the Knicks have a 2016 first round pick?

I forgot about the other gift that keeps on giving. You know the old saying out of sight out of mind.
