and bledsoe was at least having a great year which Reggie is clearly not having

Eric Bledsoe went nuts on the Nba. Jackson didn't do nearly as well. Bledose rebounded, assisted, stole, and scored efficiently. Jackson only did two of those things.
The nba may overpay him but it is a risk.

yeah ... isnt it nice when you can take it out for a long test drive instead of buying the fat girl online?

yes ... teams are actually using metrics now and not their overrated EYES
nice to see.
What metrics are OKC using?
Teams have been using form of the metrics were used and even more advanced measurements for decades. OKC is just cheap. If they were willing to jettison Harden for tax savings, then they won't think twice to do the same to Jackson.

I am sure they terribly regret the harden move. You don't recover from those decisions.
If they were truly metrics driven then I don't see how in the world they could let him go. His numbers were earth shattering.
Teams are coming around and learning the hard way just like many of us on this board.
harden + martin - okc does not want to pay for their 3rd guard. so now they can replace jackson with waiters and hope he works out before moving on from him.
OKC will NOT pay the tax. Everyone knows it. It cost them Harden and it will cost them Jackson. Unless they decide to move on from Westbrook I expect Reggie to be sold to the highest bidder at the deadline. They pay the big 3. There isnt room for a 4th if your not going to pay the tax.

Nothing really has changed in terms of his cash value
He's going to get $11-15mil/yr no matter what
I like him a lot more then Drazic, but that dude is not worth no more then $6 million a year
