Bearing in mind the following :
i) how bad we have generally played
ii) the trades Phil is now making even though they may be positive and vital for the future
iii) the likelihood Melo is sat for the remainder of the season after the All Star break
iv) the fact virtually every team is much better and will have much more to play for
Do we win 10 games this season ? And if so who do we beat ? Alternatively are we going down in the history books ?

The Philly games could be interesting to watch as both teams attempt to lose.....
its not if we will win- but will teams lose to us - bound to happen. 10 is a pretty good over/under at this point.

playing hard and stupid still results in a loss. I would rather have a team that plays smart, then a team that plays hard.
The guy that works the hardest, he use's a axe to chop the tree down, the smart guy use a chain saw, and cuts down 5x more trees.
the only way we will win another game is when, Amare, Melo, and Barg are in uniform, and i mean all 3 at the same time, other than that, will make runs, and right as we are making that run, and the opposing defense tightens up, we will turn the ball over, take bad shots, and go back to playing not to lose, or these players just lose all confidence.

No the poor guy with $20 buys an ax because those are the resources he has to work with. A guy with more resources goes and buys a chainsaw. Does paying a tree crew to do it for you while you enjoy a nap make you even smarter? No... just means you have resources the ax guy doesnt.
This team doesnt have resources. They ones that we did have grossly underperformed or cant get on the court at all. So your left with the rest and thats not good.
Should the Wolves and Sixers be playoff teams if better coached? No. They stink.
as of right now...the knicks and the westchester knicks are basically the same quality team. i find it very difficult to see them winning any game from this point forward. i would recommend a lot of weed to get you guys through june.

ah rudy...on paper, he should be the prototypical sf. seems to have reigned his game in a bit in sacramento but he was absolutely awful to watch in toronto. we did get 4 bench players for him which was amazing (and parlayed one into lou williams). detroit had a similar situation with josh but they just outright cut him and the shackles have been released.
I am hoping for 7 wins total...two more than we currently have. The extra wins would be just accidental.
We NEED a top 3 pick, with the best possible odds of landing OK4.
