Knicks · Philly wins again (page 1)

We are now 3.5 full games behind them. Minnesota is actually in 2nd spot now
nixluva @ 1/9/2015 10:00 PM
Sixers actually looked pretty good tonight. Also clumsy and stupid but in the closing moments they did some good things. If they were smarter they would've won easy against the Nets.

Minny almost won last night. They aren't as bad as their record. The West is just freakin brutal. I think Minny will win some games against the East and when they get healthy some West games too.

KNICKSBIGCATS @ 1/9/2015 10:16 PM
Even better that the NETS did us a favor!
smackeddog @ 1/10/2015 12:07 PM
Hopefully the Twolves can pick up some wins when Rubio gets back- I think I read he was returning soon. But man, they are proving formidable tanking rivals- I don't get it, they have much more talent than us, but the same record!

It's playing in the West!!! They would have more wins in the East.

AND AGAIN. 93-92 against the Pacers

The bottom spot is just about secured with half the season still to play !!!

They will get back Rubio Perovic and Martin soon.

pretty sure Phil Jackson will tank with Fisher while developing our rookies and letting Fisher gain experience as a coach

It is why we made the trade with JR Smith and Iman, along with these rumors of shutting down CA and a knee surgery needed
Not sure why we would leaked out to information to put pressure on CA to just sit it out and recover for next season

Phew- problem is Boston are about to enter the tanking arena.

I get the develop the yoots part, but Fish can only gain experience as a coach by tanking and coaching the likes of Lou aMUNGson?

I'm OK with the trade -- it was a fire sale done for cap space. What I really have a problem with is the 3 guys we added in the aftermath: Galloway, Lance Thomas and Lou Amundson. I don't think these were the right players to target for evaluation. There are younger, more talent/better upside guys out there we should've went with. 100% fact. Not even up for debate. It's irritating and frustrating.

Galloway is nice. Athletic and defensive with a 6'9 wingspan. Same vertical leap as Dwane Wade coming out of Marquette. The other two I agree with you on

Bump

New Orleans bites the dust

Has Philly suddenly lost interest in the Hinke's tank plan?

What is the world coming to when franchises forsake the clear will of their owners?

Monty sat AD and Holiday. Took one for the team.

we are on pace to have the worst record in NBA history...philly and their fans could careless about draft picks and the knicks

on the contrary, I actually have to talk to lots of Sixer fans, and draft picks and cap space are all they care about. I was actually being derided earlier in the season that the Knicks didn't even know how to tank correctly....

smackeddog @ 1/17/2015 4:16 AM
Good, good- now it seems the Twolves are our true tank competitors, I hope they start winning some games after Rubio gets back.
