But why would he leave the Clips to play with Melo and a broke down Amare?

Maybe because he said he wanted to... He and Melo are best friends..And Amare would have been amnestied..

gunsnewing @ 1/10/2015 12:50 PM
Still were not beating Miami with MELO and Paul
gunsnewing @ 1/10/2015 12:51 PM
Same way the The Clippers will never get out of the west and Blake is better than Melo

So Melo won't win because Blake can't win??..Logic??

holfresh @ 1/10/2015 12:56 PM
Guns u won't listen to me..Told u Lin was a backup..Told u MDA was trash...Told u we got the best of "the trade"...Told u Woodson was getting the best out of this team...
Bonn1997 @ 1/10/2015 12:59 PM
It's a good thing we have Holfresh reminding us how great the trade was. No one would have noticed otherwise!

I hated Dantoni

We're back to discussing the Melo trade again- weep!
gunsnewing @ 1/10/2015 1:25 PM
Also Lin is better than Felton(your boy) and Calderon

I'll still take Felton overCalderon and Lin..Loved it when he said he like to take game ending shots like Kobe too, but he gets it..Fact is, he doesn't..

5 wins is not on melo, but it speaks to how bad the trade was for the team. We are on our knees at this point with little on the roster. Denver is not that good, but not nearly as bad as we are. The MozTrade they made was pretty good. One day they have to make it work, but while they are disappointed, we are still falling in the abyss.

But u can't ignore the other factors that has brought us here..Like Amare knees and back..Bad decisions from GM and coaches..The trade didn't happen in a vacuum...

Woodson can do better than 5 wins...Decisions..

biggest factor is that players can be great at one price and an abomination at another.

melo has been an abomination not once but twice... to hell with your "other factors"

Do you type this stuff out each time or do you have like templates you can use over and over again?

In other words, the Melo trade was the steal of the century.
But if you thought anything good would happen from it, you were wrong.

We landed one if the best players in the league and wnet to the playoffs for the first time in a decade..not good??

We were headed to the playoffs that year, before we made the trade.

This just in: Stat, the $100 million double double undersized 5 machine was run into the ground by the time we made the trade.
This also just in: neither Nate Robinson and brokebackGallo or Fishlips were then not leading us to the playoffs.

Not good enough. You would've liked to have built a more sustainable contender after all those years of sucking. Couldn't do it because of lack of draft picks and assets and being well over the cap. So you settle for cheap dinosaurs like Kidd, Rasheed, prigioni, Kenyon and Camby

So how come Denver wasn't able to built that contender with those assets?

Obviously because we got Felton back and derailed their entire 5 year chip building plan.
