I'm sure it's a lot easier to motivate the 2014/15 Warriors vs. 2014/15 Knicks..

Seriously dude? A real coach usually coaches with the same passion. Whether or not he has talent. See Larry Brown, thibodeau, etc. a good coach is usually a purist.

He coached us to 23 wins- that is the kind of greatness this Fish character should be aspiring towards!

When your on pace to have the worst record in NBA History, breaking all kind of franchise records (not good ones) you gets no pass. You think the very next season he's going to become this tough minded, X/0 defensive minded coach, who demands respect and will lead his team on a playoff run...Dream on!!

I have nothing against fisher personally, I like the guy, I think he's a real smart and cool dude who can help a coaching staff, he's just far from being a head coach of a Professional basketball team in one of the biggest markets in the world. The most pessimistic fan didn't believe we would be this bad. If you can't coach a NBA team to 20 to 25 wins, your far from ready.

And was fired after his 1st season, with 50 mill left on his contract, and a championship on his resume.

I dont think phil has the balls to say he was wrong again about his coaching selection. Hes already reached his limit since he is the so called basketball wizzard.

Larry Brown coached sabatoged us to 23 wins

At least that's why he was ran out of town right

I wonder how many wins had he tried or more importantly let's say

Had he had the same support Phil gave Fish or Walsh gave D'Antoni

Fisher is failing at almost everything unintentionally

I was not hoping for somebody young but someone young and smart. Hornacek, Kerr, a POP assistant etc ... not Fisher. That was a desperation move. There were lots of young smart guys out there who Phil could have mentored and molded but no! We needed a triangle guy. So it was either Fisher or Luke freakin Walton? Geeeez

Olympic Melo would be great ... if we can only get a couple of top guards that he can defer to.

All our posts are predictions and daily thoughts about where we are. Thats what we do on message boards. That, and discuss the best D-Leagures and second round draft picks and trade pillages that will never happen.

Things are boring when you are 5-36. Great ... the All Star game is in NY ... I wonder if Melo will play ... fun stuff

We are not GM's, we are not paid to be GM's. What we do bitch and moan and second guess the moves that are made by our saviors.

If the moves work then we will shower our management with confetti and start Galloway plays Beautiful Basketball threads.

+1
This post a leading candidate for the Homer Association's Rationality of the Year Award.

The lone constant is everyone will still hate Dolan.
I live to imagine what this board would be like if we actually manage to win a chip in the Melo era.
