Meanwhile, publications like the NYPost and NYDaily News wonder why their readership is fading to Bolivian
Too bad, but why is this even news, and why does the media go to such trivial lengths to destroy people's lives? I don't see why the police didn't just let him go w/ a warning. Who cares what two consenting adults do w/ their time and money. How silly is it anyway that you can legally and indiscriminately ask a woman for sex even explicitly and at most be considered weird or perverted, but if you would be so kind as to tip her in advance, you can go to jail and loose your job behind the public attention.

just by you posting this, you're bringing more attention to the situation that you claim doesn't warrant it.
Nope! I've never liked that creepy thing where the media humiliate someone, then that person has to look contrite and apologise to people they don't know (the media and the public), so that the general public can then bestow forgiveness upon them. It's just weird.
nyk4ever - that was considered. Still needed to be said. Consider it a by-product of holfresh's memorable "tanking sucks" thread.

When do pitchers and catchers report?
PUblic eats this crap up. TMZ like gossip mongers love to see high profile people fail because it makes them human, and thus feel better about themselves. At the same time he'll go to some kind of counciling and "rehab" and that very public that lambasted him, will forgive and embrace his return. Because we all want a second chance.
Ray Anderson is missing one important fact and that its illegal activity. It promotes enslavement, drug, and violence thru an infrastructure of organized crime and tax evasion. Morally I have no problem with paying for sex so there is no argument there. We hope it was consentual and not with an underage girl, or a women enslaved by the economics of being compromised.
Want to legalize it, regulate it and tax it, thats fine.
Never used one, but...
Prostitution should be legalized... period.
More protection for the prostitute, male or female, more protection for the folks who solicit them, and more tax revenue.
Its the world's oldest profession for a reason... time to make it a legal profession.
I for one could careless. The guy likes his hoes.
I personally dont care, his immediate family might.
Guy went to UNLV right?
Now if he went to Brigham Young, that be funny.
Soon as he posts bail, Greg Anthony can get back on the campaign trail for Mitt Romney.

Can anyone describe the difference between modern day dating and prostitution from a male's perspective?

Greg has enough money to resort to the more discreet "agencies" that provide that service. I hope he wasn't cruising down the street looking for a pickup. Yeah, it shouldn't be a crime, but GA knows he's a public figure and his job is screwed if he gets caught.
