So I been looking at the blazers....if Wes Mathews leaves they are fucked. What if LaMarcus leaves too? They play in the west....too much competition just to make the playoffs. The Blazers aren't in a good position to improve either.
So LaMarcus could be in great position to come play for Fisher and Phil. LaMarcus, Melo maybe Wesley or dragic...it's not impossible and not that far from possibly happening

We can't get him but it doesn't seem as locked in for LaMarcus to stay....the team can function without him, but LaMarcus will see another 1st round bump this year whether he's healthy or not. The Knicks are ready to make a jump. They have money and good guys in charge.
Again, if LaMarcus and dragic come to ny with melo and a high draft pick? We already have good role players to put around them. Knicks would be reloaded
I would offer a large contract to Lopez as i think he is a great fit here. He's a young-ish 2-way center who is great defensively and does enough on offense to be good in the triangle. He isn't going to dominate in any way, but he is a great role player. Would be a nice fit next to Okafor or Towns to form a big, skilled frontcourt. I would prefer Aldridge/Dragic/our pick as a dream scenario but give me Lopez/Dragic if he decides to stay in portland.

He wants to stay but I do wonder what Portland does aside from his injury
