It's hard to gauge his athleticism by those videos because there is not context. He might be slow as molasses. Go look up some Cole Aldridge vids from his college days to see what I mean. Like Briggs said... He's tall long and has some skills. Gotta take a look

I don't think speed is a problem for him. Strength against nba competition will be though. Also, he doesn't give a team much on offense and he is already 25. I do really like the signing. He is a much better prospect than Vandenberg was.
I see a guy who is getting more acclimated to his height. Early video I saw he looked like he wasn't as agile and fluid. I think he's put in a lot of work on his footwork and is much more polished than he looked earlier in college. It'll be interesting to see how he adjusts to the Triangle.
He looks like he has some sort of hook shot and also he looks like he can hit the 10' shot consistently. i like Cole but he has No offensive game at all.

Yeah I thought by now Cole would refine his post up game. His hooks are mostly prayers. Cole is solid on D and the boards, just has to get it together on offense.
