Its a ridiculous idea, but its really the only thing we would have to offer the Bulls. It allows them the cap space to make roster changes. I know there are a few around here who covet Butler above all else. Just wondering what they would be willing to pay or sacrifice. In this case it wouldnt be picks or players, rather just cap space.
I might take back rose if they will take Bargs and Calderon. It would really hurt our chances to sign Monroe though but maybe there's a way or a cheap big we can sign. Or we just trade them Melo

You're right, it's two years or less. Once they've hit 3 years their team has full Bird Rights and there's no more poison pill.
