Looking at the videos, I can't help but think this guy is more of Marco Jari type combo guard than an attacking Goran Dragic type lead guard. We need all the talent we can get, so I have no problem with Phil kicking the tires on this guy as long as it's understood that he's not the answer at point guard.

I dunno man -- he's got size and it looks like he can pass, but he looks pretty slow with and w/o the ball. More of an east to west type of dribbler. Haven't we had enough of that with Pablo and Calderon? Let's try to build up some quickness at that position, no? He is more of an east and west dribbler. He is a little slow. He has good court vision. He can get to the basket when he wants to as well with hesitstion, change of pace/direction dribbles He's not like Priggy or Calderón at all. He's not Dwayne Wade, or Derrick Rose....but he can still play.
I get mad when a dude obviously hasn't seen a player play but still has a heavy opinion. That urks me. Guy can't even find out if duke is still playing without asking a message board. It's like cone on. All i ask for is having basic knowledge of the game. Watch a game. Scout players. Don't come with a bullshit opinion if you know you don't know what you are talking about.
Now alexey shved might go back to Russia for all i care. I'm just saying don't come in here lying or pretending like you know what you are talking about and you clearly do not.
