He's not...that listing is not ordered by PER. You have to look at the PER scores to see.

This is why I wouldn't worry too much about our draft position. There are a good number of quality players in this draft. We shouldn't come up empty in any event. There's no question that the Knicks staff will be pouring over all the relevant stats like these for all the top players. Just imagine how much fun it's going to be this summer when we get to the workouts?

and KAT also played fewer minutes than everyone you listed aside from the Euro guy
