The team looked like the didnt have any coaching at all.

I agree a little, I mean they honestly looked like they did absolutely nothing on the training ground at all, this year is a learning year for Fisher, it will make him better learning from his mistakes, I hope that next year with better talent and more expierence he will do fine. If he dosent then he should be fired.
