The problem i have with rankjng is that it assumes players will all fall into a sequential order....When in fact a lot of these guys will have parallel careers.

I think he has the killer intinct....its just on offense only. Hes not a great defender or vocal leader...so its hard for him to lead by example....which is main way quiet players lead. I "think" russell is the same way.....brings a lot on offense.....nothing on defense....and hes a quiet leader.
Ok4 might be the best pick for the knicks....when take into account:
Maturity....especially playing in NYC as JR mentioned can be a distraction.
Also if he already the best low post scorer in college.....what happens if he develops better defense? Hes already shown to be coachable.....Towns on the other hand is always in the dog house. Thats not a good sign.

Towns simply needs another year. One year without Stein there playing 30mpg at center. Drafting a 1 and done guy based on potential is a crapshoot.
It reminds me of Marvin Williams. Remember him? He was on a loaded team but picked #2 because of his skills and athleticism because there was NO WAY this guy's skill set wouldnt translate, despite not stuffing the college stats. He was picked before Deron Williamsn and Chris Paul on the same reasoning that has Towns listed in the top 4
All these draft picks are crapshoot if you ask me. Same goes for Okafor. We know this much about Towns and Russell, they both can play at both ends of the court and they are NOT one trick ponies.

They are all crapshoot. For every Garnett, you will find at least 10 Kwame Brown or Eddie Curry
Russell is so special, I don't know how some around here would pass on that kid to select an unknown commodity like Mudiay.
I think when you see legit skills it's not a crapshoot. You can't fake being a shot blocker with legit size and offensive skills. I'm seeing some legit talent and BB IQ from Russell and OK4. I don't see any of KAT, OK4 or DR being a bust.
