Fun game.

I agree. I thought Cole, Larkin, Shved, Early, Acy and Thomas played well. Acy played with the energy that he needs to to be a rotation player.

Atlanta nice enough to help our cause...

Korver, Carroll, and Milsap all out for "rest."

Agree with that.

Can't wait to see Melo back next season, adding our decent draft plus FA.

What do you guys think of Philly's future actually?

Are we copying their mode of rebuild?

Nope! Philly is on their own path using the Draft almost entirely. NY can't do it that way with no picks next year. NY is gonna use free agency more aggressively.

I don't think the Knicks are copying Philly. I am not sure what to think of what Philly has done. Is any player better than the potential of a draft pick to Hinkie? I think there is merit to what they have done but I don't know if Hinkie can translate that into a winner.

Right.

Phil > Hinkie

I would LOVE to have the picks Hinkie has collected. My only question is when he's going to actually build a winning team. He hasn't really shown a plan yet. He'll have another shot at it this summer. So we'll see what he does with his wealth of picks. IMO there's no reason he shouldn't be able to put a good team together with all the picks he has. Imagine if we had that many 1st rd picks.

With all of their moves, they have 3 incoming and 1 outgoing 1st rd pick not including their own 1st. The one from the Lakers via Pho probably won't be conveyed this year. The Okl and Miami picks are likely mid round and unprotected there (Miami 1-10) (Okl 1-18) so they will get decent players plus their own lottery pick...not bad. They have a lot of 2nd rd picks over the next 4 years.

oh yeah, and they will have more cap room next year then us to add FA's. Could be a good blend of youth and veteran's on that roster next season.

Knicks lose, 76ers win, Twolves win- sweet!
