I think positively about Melo making adjustments. I mean he signed here with Phil and Fisher knowing there would be adjustments in his future. Hopefully the knee and need to stay healthy has a positive impact on him accelerating those adjustments. Notice I said hopefully... I think he comes back healthy, he's a tough guy and he works at his craft. Can he make the adjustments all here would agree would elevate him to another level remains to be seen. Its also possible we add the type of players where he doesnt need to.

Remember 2 years ago he was 3rd in MVP voting, and without question the motor and most important player on a 54 win team. I dont remember a ton of complaints back then. Novak and Copeland did pretty good.

Time will tell. I like the small moves Phil has made and how Sved, Galloway are playing. Thanis had a very good rookie start in the D league. Early has been a disappointment but he's also been hurt and has shown some sparks of late. The real action is the nexxt two years, and Melo is a big factor. We can be good regardless of him, but gee phucking whiz I would love to see a season like two years ago when the obsessive stalking of his every fart and word matter dont matter and he's playing like the guy the KNicks gave up the farm for. Hoping

Splat has killed Carmelo atleast 50-100 times--in fact this is the first positive thread he made. Did he have some kind of brain spasm and make this post? Every body can have a stock up stock down on any given player but Splat's previous 100 remarks on Carmelo were all down. I mean according to Splat the Knicks are toast for ten years and Phil Jackson hates Dolan and wants to quit within 2 years. So what up with dat?
