He's been playing a bit lazy but I wouldn't say he hasn't looked good at all. He's made some very good plays for others and rebounded. He's just taking too many 3's. He needs to get back to driving in the 2nd half.

I Didn't think he looked as good last night either.

Last night he was okay but tonight he is horrible, bricking shots that you would expect hardaway to be doing.

I thought he called his own number too many times.

Especially true when he doesn't see the right movement by other players. Has to show patiences. At times he seems to be playing as if there is a 7 second shot clock from the time he gets the ball.

Yep, he has to let things come to him.

He hurt his wrist.

Galloway gives up his dribble to often and too soon.

He has to try taking some more pull-up shots right after he comes around a screen with the ball.

Somebody who has played ball at a higher level might want to tell me if I know what I'm talking about here...

In my opinion, Galloway has his arms/hands too wide when he is guarding a player 1/1. I know it can disrupt passing lanes, but it seems to me that it is more suited for a zone defense. I'd rather have my hands more shoulder width apart, almost like a defensive back- allows you to move laterally better.

There are times when you want your hands out wider, but I feel his is getting beat more often these days.

I would even look at narrowing my legs slightly, but not that much.

Just a thought. Not sure if this goes against conventional BB wisdom for defensive stances.

Yes, he has a sprained right wrist and will not return.

Guess he's not going to join the circle tonight then

You know things are bad when the game thread dies before the end of the game.
Even though for most in here, the game was over before it started...

Galloway is not a natural PG....so his decisions might look a little slow at times, unless he makes up his mind early to shoot or pass. Hes a typical combo guard trying to develop court vision as a PG. A scorer would use those screens to shoot / drive. A passer will use those screens to pass. A tweener will be undecided at times.

Guarding with your arms out is not a bad thing....its probably what hes been told all his life due to his long arms. Slow lateral quickness for a guard is a bad thing. I thought he was pretty good but i havent watched him that much to see for myself. I know hes not the quickest guard so certain matchups will make him look slower than normal.

I found it funny that he tried to double for no reason and ended up in no man's land. I guess not grabbing rebounds want matter if he only paid $5m because he is soooo talented.
