One nice thing about working in the financial world is all the TVs that used to show the daytime financial stuff shifts too the tourney
jerian playing great so far. so strange to see mike brey get a guy like jerican grant, doesn't usually get explosive guards to his program. his pg's are usually grinder types, but jerian grant is a special player, he's had a few bonehead TO's today, but i generally love his decision making and his ability to put the ball on the floor.
I have seen This kid twice in person this season. He is solid.
he's rare because he's about as close to being able to run and NBA team coming from college as you can get
I don't see him as a point guard in the very traditional sense or the combo guard you see today. I think he is a poor man's version of Dwyane Wade. He is not going to bring the ball up the court that much to initiate the offense. He'll play off the ball and run off screens but when he does catch the ball he makes great decision. A young Wade used to avg 6 or 7 ast in a season. Also, in college he played in a small ball offense too.
Grant maybe a sleeper. It would be nice if the knicks could get OKC's pick.

this is a fantastic comparison. grant just pick-pocketed the guy he was guarding and took it all the way for a 2hand slam... was VERY dwayne wade reminiscent, especially back from his marquette days.
