Would you all still want to pursue Monroe? I wouldn't, because either of the aforementioned rookie would need to have a stretch 4/5 shot blocking monster to be effective. I would definitely consider Monroe if we end up with Russell. Someone will have to feed the ball to Carmelo and Monroe, and that same someone will have to be a threat on the perimeter to give those two the room necessary to operate.
