When your defensive play turns into Harden circa '12-'14 the people are right to get on you. Plus he looked like he lost a step before his vacay to Miami. He still is a physical freak that can do anything on the court when he is locked in.

After further testing Wednesday, Chandler Parsons has been ruled out for the rest of the season and he is considering surgical options to correct the soreness and swelling in his right knee. The knee has bothered him since he injured it in late March and missed the final six games of the regular season.

It goes to show that the Pistons deserve a good amount of blame for Smith's decline. It was obvious that he wasn't a good fit the moment he was signed.
I feel bad for Dirk and Monta. I hoped Dallas would get it together and at least take Houston to 7 games. Losing Parsons, Rondo, and Harris, however . . . and I'll be surprised if they win one. There were times this year when it looked like Dallas would be a viable contender by playoff time--and they have certainly been fun to watch at times--but recovering from this year isn't going to be easy. Dirk's old. Ellis is great but you can't build a team around him. Parsons is solid but, again, you can't build around him. No draft pick this year. Sucks to be Dallas.

+1,000,000 I hate it when my team has a player who is an MVP candidate that carries his otherwise lackluster team to 50 wins and according to all statistics and measures is one of the top players in the league. Man, that blows.
