I think it s billy Donovan or Kevin Ollie. Presti is supposed to be friends with Donovan but I think Ollie might be te better choice.

hear surgery?
billy donovan does not have nba exp and neither does coach K. College success counts and I would hire a guy like brad stevens in a heart beat because he is a damn good coach.
I would not hire a guy like fisher who has zero experience and seems like a bit of a dud.
Kevin Ollie would be an interesting choice too though he is a bit old school from what I read.
Hoiberg is cutting edge.
Hoiberg would have been a good move. My personal favorite is Shaka Smart.
good coach too.
I like Hoiberg because besides being an excellent coach, he is not old school not will to use a computer.
Yeah. And I don't know that either would have agreed to come here but it would have at least been nice if we had reached out to them.
Phil did not really consider non triangle coaches (which is so sad)
Its like looking to hire cobol coders cause thats what your comfortable with.

Better than Donovan?
Donovan is a superstar coach.

Thought Donovan coached the magic for awhile. Also his name came up first and he is close with Presti.

Forgot he backed out of the del and SVG got the job.

yeah the next morning (like billy belly)
They will ask Durant for input and with buy in, maybe increase the chance he stays.
He lost two starters of a large part of the season and came within a game of playoffs.
Funny, If Fish was not a knick most of you would be thinking what a good idea of him being a head coach is.

I'm thinking what a good idea for him to be OKC's head coach right now...
Billy D has a little NBA experience as a player for the Knick, way back in the day. Phil should fire Fish and bring in Donovan., he'd have a hybrid triangle offense up in no time. The team would be shooting 3s galore. The 3bball is what changed Billy 's playing career under Pitino.
