The statistical odds of losing team #1 not getting pick 1 was going to end. Mathematical odds were highly weighted towards pick 1 getting pick 1 as it had not done it for years.

The Knicks fielded a worse team then the Wolves on a nightly basis. If the Wolves tanked by practically throwing games that they could have won with more effort then karma will still get them in the end.

Unless you think this stuff is rigged, previous outcomes have zero bearing on this year's outcomes. What mattered was losses. But no, just like the Steph Curry year, we have to keep winning pointless games.
