Knicks · Is Draymond Green the new Charles Barkley????? (page 1)

These two dudes are no more then 6'5", but play much bigger then their height. They rebound, score, defend bigger dudes and have the heart of a lion. I think he would be a huge addition to our leaderless Knicks.

Dray Green is good in his own right. A perfect example of a mobile PF in todays game(and hes easily one of the best). Today's game you need to be skilled for the most part. These guys who are left they know how to shoot pass and handle.

He is a better defender but everything else Barkley is way better than him. Way better.

I'm referring to the author of this thread. Barkley is arguably one of the top 10 all-time power forwards. There's no real comparison.

I like Green, but Bark was on another level athletically. Green has skills to blend into an offense, while Barkley had the skills and explosiveness to take over an offense. Check out these plays.

Young guys dont have a clue how good Barkley was. They think hes the funny guy on TNT. Barkley was an all time great at 6-4 260.

Barkley was AMAZING! he acts like a fool now but he was an amazing player. he didnt really play def but he was a rounding machine, could post and shoot. D. Green plays better defense but thats about it. lets not insult sir charles by putting green in the same sentence

Barles Charkley is a suped up Blake Griffin in a much shorter and fatter body. I hated that guy but he is in the same level as Ewing and Malone which is just 1 level below Magic, Bird and Jordan.

I love draymond greens leadership this is my number one target if I'm Phil in offering this guy a big deal .. As for comparison he's a lot like LJ
He is a restricted fa but I'd go all in on this young fella..

He's similar to the LJ who played on the Knicks, the guy with the lame back. Again he's nowhere near as explosive or skilled on offense as Grandma Ma was when he first came into the league.

Ewing is a notch below Barkley and Malone imo.
They both won MVPs, something Ewing could never do.
