Stated he has every intent on remaining with the cavs, but the way Thomas is playing in his place, the cavs have the luxury of low balling him, especially if the win the finals. His timing couldn't be worse.
Vmart @ 5/31/2015 7:50 PM
They are in the finals obviously he is going to say the right things. He doesn't want to be the reason for any kind of turmoil.
NardDogNation @ 5/31/2015 8:20 PM
He's going to the Rockets. Book it. And if the Cavs refuse to see the writing on the wall and accommodate him, I hope we pick up some combination of Terrance Jones, DMO, Corey Brewer, Kostas Papanikuolau and their 18th pick to allow the Rockets to get it done.

I think Boston moves Olynk and gives Love a Max.
CrushAlot @ 5/31/2015 8:43 PM
He has a player option. Maybe he just wants to wait until the cap goes up in 16-17. He would be able to compete for a championship and recover from his surgery.

it would be just like kevin love to leave a championship-level team. the guy is a number hanger and has never played meaningful basketball

You think Kevin Love is the primary reason his other teams fell short?

He'd fit great there but I don't see any trade that works for both sides and matches salaries.

so he goes from being underused as a 3rd fiddle to underused as 2b fiddle as Harden take up 30+ possessions? I think Love might be tired of being Ryan Anderson

Being #2 is really different than #3. He'd definitely be ahead of dwight on offense. Not 2b. Dwight takes only 10 shots a game. That's slightly less than Jr smith and only 3 more than mozgov.

I think that makes much more sense, i really didn't know he had a play option.
