2 through 4 is extremely close and i'd say they are essentially equal.. Towns and Mudiay are a good bit further from that group..
Towns
Okafor
Russell
Winslow
is how i see the knicks big board. i have no idea how this draft ends up.....

We don't see individual workouts meant to gauge specific skills... I mean who knows? It comes down to gut feeling, and after the big three of Towns/OK4/Russell my gut says its a go between of WCS and Mudiay. I want someone who can really impact the game and both of those guys represent impact on one side of the ball or another. I just don't know... they all have concerns. They also have high ceilings...
Yeah that's why i was saying it's kinda silly to GUESS who will be the best 5. There's probably at least 20 players that have the talent to be one of the top 5 players in 4/5 years. You have the obvious kids in OK4 and Towns and then i can see a C.Payne end up being the top PG in this draft or S.Johnson being the top SG/SF to come out of this draft and i can keep going cause there's so many that have great talent but who knows who will get drafted into a bad system for their talents or who will get injured or whatever so that's some of the reasons why i said this is silly.

WinslowNo change from a few weeks ago. These 4 min clips don't mean much to me.
2nd verse same as the 1st:
Towns
Okafor
Russell
Winslow
Workouts don't impress me; even benchwarmers look awesome when no one's guarding them. And hell, we're not even able to watch the whole workout so we don't what what was missed. A couple weeks ago Chad Ford has posted a clip of Mudiay hitting a bunch of 3s during a workout to hype him up; when a larger portion of the video was posted he was missing shots all over the place.
What matters more than anything else is production on the court. After that, it's how you feel those skills translate to the NBA. Adam Morrison, for example, was an undeniably great college player but I never thought for a second we was a legit NBA player (of course, I also thought the same thing about Steph Curry so what the fuck do I know).
I keep saying: Remember when Yi Jianlan destroyed that chair in the workout and people where absolutely drooling at "the next so and so"?

Would do it in a heartbeat, but would also love OK4, who has a good life story to root for, Kaminsky, the marginalized college star who is now a sleeper pick, and OK4's partner from Duke, who might someday become the human terminator.
Hezonja will be next weeks flavor of the....

I don't think Zinger handles the speed in the NBA, I call bust. But Fuzaro... Maybe he ducks out of his draft quietly waiting for free agency next year, but I think he is gonna be a stud. Hezonja isn't for my team this year, but I think he is the top SG coming out. I think Russell competes immediately while some of these guys have adjustment periods, but I think that he will end up getting lost in tweener land and eventually pushed to SG where his athleticism will be a liability. Russell really is the biggest risk reward in this draft and I would take him in a heartbeat and pray he is a Steph Curry clone. Mudiay is likely to be great some day, I am not sure I can wait. This draft is so deep that we will be looking at guys like Trey Lyles and Cameron Payne as they make their 3rd all star games and laugh that they barely crack the top 10 best players in the draft.
So best players, see above. Best value on a rookie scale contract? Different question.

Was really impressed in the clips I saw of Fuzaro. Could be a steal. Wonder if SA might take him for some fresh blood?
