I am going with The Zinger(might need a better nickname)
Oh my goodness another thread on who we think will be the pick at 4??
I said 3 months ago we were getting Monroe and Stein and NOTHING but NOTHING has even come close to changing my mind. Phil gave the hint a long time ago and it was obvious.
I'm totally sold on WCS as you all know. I just think he's the right player for this team. I'd say that I could understand KrisP as the choice since he has so much potential. All of this is if we don't get a shake up at the top of course.
I think we wind up with Porzingis.

I wonder if Phil's experience coaching Kukoc will come in play? He wasnt happy when he first got there, but Kukoc changed his mind. Kukoc was already a star in Europe when he went to the NBA, so its a different scenario, but it might mean that he isnt as reluctant to draft a Euro as some writers have said.

That's a good point. Phil has adjusted his thinking over the years after GM's put him in different spots. Phil was originally not excited about Bynum because he didn't think he could win with a developing young player like that. He later said he changed his view on that since they were still able to win as he developed.
ugh just say no to zinger...

make your pick then
I don't necessarily agree it is the "right" pick but I think that the draft is gonna play out exactly how it was initially projected and it's gonna go Towns, OK4, Russell, and then NY will pick Mudiay.
i dont see phil going with any projects with 4th pick since carmelo is 31 years old
i think we end up with russell

Russell is over his 'sudden illness' and is going to workout for Philly tomorrow I think it will be Russell or Okafor.

I agree with this.
I would of voted trade down..... but I am not a pervert
I'm fine with Porzingis or WCS
Obviously you pick one of the big 3 if they slip. That shouldn't be an option in the poll

I remember WCS's performance in the NCAA's Final Four. Unimpressive. For that reason I prefer Porzingas at the 4 spot. If one of the big 3 fall out, I reserve the right to change my pick.

It was, and his drive is the main red flag for me. however i think there is a chance that the Kentucky battalion and system stifled him, and maybe we haven't seen he best out of him. Its a risk, but so is taking Porz. Thankfully, I'm in a gambling mood with those two!
Phil also said he wants multi skilled players. Stein is a specialist one trick pony player
i want Kristaps, but i think we'll get Mudiay, and be totally disapointed and he'll be a slug.
