now the owner is just trying to phuck with karl
Ha- trying to force him to quit! They have had an abysmal offseason

yes. this seemed like the more logical place to post this
Bejinca gets a 3 year 11.5 deal with the twolves
Straight from the Twilight Zone:
Looks like Jason Smith is heading to Orlando on a 1year deal for about 4.3m
While Wesley Johnson almost finalizing a deal with Clippers WHO ONLY HAVE LESS than 2.5- 2.8m left, as they used most of their MLE on Paul Pierce
Wesley Johnson is a STEAL at that price and we could offer him a similar contract, though he spent the last 2 seasons in LAL
Johnson played with Derrick Williams on the Twolves and ran the Triangle with Rambis, his versatility/length/size/athleticism would make him one of our better defenders and help Thanasis develop as his mentor who has similar skills/weakness's but can also play with him together and FIT
Unless Clippers and Lakers do a sign and trade with Jamal Crawford's contract, they would only have the rest of the MLE left to sign Wesley Johnson
Hackett/Galloway *that can both slide down to the SG at times*
Wesley Johnson/Thanasis
Aminu *rather than Affalo*/James Johnson/Jeremy Evans, players that can slide down the PF with BIG SF's playing PF in today's NBA
are 2 UFA's that we could have signed along with Jeremy Evans that both have good size/length to defend multiple positions
would also like to get James Johnson, all of which are young defenders with good physical abilities with size/length/athleticism/versatility
Johnson's deal is a VET MIN deal, while we had 2.8m (thought that might not be enough for him)
He would likely START at SF over Paul Pierce with Pierce's age and save him for the play offs, though plans may be changed with Jordan leaving
didn't know Justin Holiday is a UFA, though GS but the qualifing offer on him
Appears he may be heading to Atlanta and I want to collect some solid young talents like Holiday who was the 6th man for GS earlier in the year
Getting players from winning cultures help, like Spurs/GS/Atlanta/Memphis/Chicago especially teams that play the right way and used some sets/philosophies of the Triangle like Kerr/Gentry did
Holiday played SG to SF/PF, and was used to defend anywhere from PG to PF with his length/size/versatlity/mobility/athleticism and really improved his 3pt shooting and confidence
holiday wss an excellent bench player for the warriors early last yr
Jeremy Lin just signed with the Hornets
At what time on Thurs can official signings take place. I don't want Robin Lopez changing his mind and going to the Mav's now that DJordan reneged.
Ellington to Nets is a really good move.

All four knicks players signed today, for those worried about the mavs swiping Lopez

Likely OKC will match... but this is a rich offer sheet indeed.

Yikes- just read it would cost OKC $40mil this year including luxury tax! They may not match this after all, they did let harden walk

A sigh of relief.
Just think, we initially held off on RoLo until D Jordan made it clear that he wouldn't sign with us. Thank goodness he chose the Mavs (ha!)over us and now RoLo has kept his word and has signed with us. I'm a fan.
Mirza Teletovic to the Suns, one year, $5M. I wish the Knicks took a chance on him instead of Williams.
