Looks like the Knicks' training camp will be barren of Barons as Jimmy heads to the land of chocolate.

Recall than many liked him in the draft. Had a nice season with Milano last year- led the Italian league in +/-. I think he played on the same team that Gallinari played on.

He's going to the right league for a scorer, but I expect it is a money thing, since he did well in Italy.

Marks on Minny's situation after signing Tyshaun.

If the Wolves look to move Muhammad I would love if the Knicks could get him.

Besides his tenure here, he also played with KP on one of his Spanish teams.

Good to see him get a shot in the NBA again.

Just a stray comment but . . . there's a kinda interesting long nba.com article on Tyler Kalonski's decision to play ball in France. Kalinoski was Davidson kid who was, rather unexpectedly, the A-10 player of the year last year. (I posted about him a few time in draft treads, just saying that if I was Phil, he's the kind of kid I'd consider.) I wasn't surprised he wasn't drafted but his summer league play was pretty good and I figured someone would invite him to training camp and then he'd land in the D-league but . . . he's off to France. Just another undrafted A-10 player, like Galloway, who might get lucky one day and end up playing the Dellavedova role for someone. FWIW, Kalonski seems like a slightly more interesting and perhaps better player than Galloway overall but, of course, both of them are likely to be bench players on good teams.

Tough break...I think it was known about pre-draft- accounts for his late draft position.

Sounds like Kevon Looney is out for the year, more or less. I _think_ the Warriors expected him to have surgery when they drafted him. That was why he fell so low in the draft, right? Still sucks. He seems like a perfect GS player and they are going to need to firm up the front court with Lee gone. Looks kinda skimpy right now.

Jeff Withey signed with the jazz.
