That's a bad team defensively, we would give up more than we would score
Probably but at least we'd have an identity as a team. With that personnel, I think we'd be a prodigious offensive team with the ability to push the ball consistently and space the floor ala the Suns.
In my opinion, that is a step in the right direction because we'd at least have something to work with moving forward. Aside from Melo, none of the guys on that team would be older than 30, which offers some hope for improvement from within.
Mirroring a Suns team that didn't make the playoffs is a step in the right direction?

I'd personally take this if a better offer isn't out there. If Russell isn't available, then we're looking at probably getting a 1 dimensional role player. Bledsoe is a good defender and would be a significant upgrade defensively, which is something the Knicks have lacked at the position for several years. He also is a good offensive player. If we could add somebody at 13 in addition to him that would be a good trade for the Knicks. People are over-valuing the options available at the 4 spot IMO.

Yeah, who would PHX covet at 4 though, to give up that ransom?
Mudiay?

I dunno why the Suns would do this. People threw it out there.

The original rumor came from a question in a Chad Ford chat room. The trade was proposed by an audience member and Chad was like "yeah, that's the kind of trade the Knicks would look at"...
Now that same "rumor" which was made up by a guest in a chat room has been reported in like five different places.
It's the silly season.

That Suns team won 22 more games than we did, in the Western Conference, so you tell me.
According to hoopshype the rumor was dismissed as nothing by the Suns and the Knicks.

The original rumor came from yours truly, on this forum, weeks before it found its way to Chad Ford...
This trade is not happening. Phil keeping the 4th pick..

LOL only Knicks fans I swear to god
LOL, it's always got to be some douchebag who doesn't know how to properly punctuate. I swear to God!
He didn't punctuate at all. And that's fairly commonplace in text messages, emails and forum posts.

A lot of people didn't get that memo; myself included.

Just saying that it had become commonplace to do what he did. Anyway, I don't want anything to do with the Bledsoe trade. I think we can get a better player than him with the 4 th puck who will be ours for a long time and doesn't come with a 55MM cap obligation.

I keep saying it - this rumor was brought up in a Chad Ford chat! By one of the questioners!
Thursday can't come soon enough.
