I believe it. Karl really stepped into a big pile of caca on this one. He should be happy to still be working.

Why was he hired? Guys like Larry Brown Karl etc.. they know how to grab the money and then get the owners pirsed off quickly its like a scam. I wouldnt pay him.

He should be. I wonder if what he did violates his contract. Sabotaging the team rather than trying to coach their franchise player seems like his actions were not in the best interest of the team.

Why did they even hire him in the first place? Everyone knew he was a bad fit there. Terrible personnel for his style, he's difficult, overrated, and has a history of not getting along with stars who are much more mild-mannered than Cousins. His constant bashing of Melo on ESPN made me wonder how he could even get considered. Never took the high road. Guys like that are expected to act the way Mark Jackson called the NBA finals, with class and no obvious biased. His hiring in Sacramento was a recipe for disaster. They should have hired a fresher basketball mind who fit their personnel.

That's shocking. I doubt it will actually happen because they aren't going to want to pay $11 million for nothing, but I don't see the relationship lasting the full four years.

G.Karl is one of the most overrated coaches of all time. He and Saco deserve each other...

If your coach and your star go to war, most teams have learned to make the star happy.

Though in this case.... can you really build a winner around Cousins?
