Knicks drafted a 7'3 guy in KP
Knicks have a 7'1 guy on their summer league team
Knicks drafted a 6'11 dude from KPs team
I think thats phil least problem. Hes been a back up his entire career and said we are lacking bigs. So im sure hes in tune with this issue....if it is an issue.
Yeah. I don't think this is an issue at all but is a strength right now.

KP too frail to play center
No roster spot for 7'1' guy on the summer league team
6'11 dude from KP's team is staying with KP's old team in Europe this year.
So, who plays center if RoLo goes down?
Too short. We need another legit 7 footer as backup. But we let Aldrich and J. Smith go. Not a balanced team.

This is why they played zinger at center in the summer league. O quinn is a proven center at the nba level with spot starter minutes. But i agree with rolo injury history we need another backup center.
Why can't Kyle be the back up Center? He is a good rim protector as C.

He's better at center than PF. I think he'll definitely play the backup minutes at center.

I believe he is 6'10 with a 7'5 wing span. He played there a lot for Orlando and more than held his own. In my opinion he is better than both Cole and Jason at the 5.

IMHO, NBA pivots are like NFL cornerbacks and MLB starting pitchers, no matter how rich you think you have it, you can never have enough.
Remember when the Yankees were so pitching rich that they pushed David Wells out of the rotation? And when some called for trading Wells, the argument came up well what if someone gets hurt, you can never have too much quality starting pitching. Look at the recent Yanks, Hughes gone, CC finally chewed up by Father Time, Tanaka throwing with a ticking timebomb in his labrum, Nova and Pineda were chewed up by injuries, I mean you can go from solid to crippled in a blink with starters, cornerbacks and pivots.
Pretty sure our rotation is going to be
Rolo,o'quinn,Lou
KP,d will,O'quinn
Melo,lance,early
AA,ledo,Galloway
Grant, galloway, caldron if he's still on the team might start but I hope not he is god awful
I still hope we get shved
