Ok4 is terrible at the line.
Darion Atkins is a brutal shooter.
OK4 flashing the turnaround J. Jerami Grant looks much more fluid than he did last year.
kyle Anderson looks unathletic by Summer League standards.
Ok4 is a load will be difficult to contend with and having Noel next to him is ideal. I'm a little surprised his ft shooting hasn't improved but he's a monster

That was his issue coming into last year's draft, too, if I remember correctly.
Surprised he did not come into SL stronger than he is.

Was the concern over his running gait (the most bizarre reason I've seen for a player to drop!) completely exaggerated?
yeah i found that strange too. they said he had a bad running gait. lol.
Never saw that as an issue at all. The young man gets up the floor well enough in transition and he moves fine in the half court. This bad gait thing has always been a complete non-issue for me... On vacation so I haven't had a chance to see him play in any of these early SL games but his production and impact thus far doesn't surprise me at all. Pacers got a damn good player here. Turner was one of my top guys in this draft going back months--you just can't ignore a guy that's 7' tall with the two-way skills he has. If there was one trade-down target for us in this draft where we could've brought back a quality big man projected to go a little lower in the lottery along with whatever other additional assets we could've gotten, this was the guy I wanted.
Interested to see a Porzingis/Myles Turner comparison down the line in a few years, who turns out to be the better pro. Hopefully they both exceed expectations..

Turner has been the best player I have seen out of all the players. Side note I think teams will regret passing j Mickey in rd 1
Kirk looks like he regressed
Summer league is for feel good play
not much structure on plays and such.,, learning. Running up and down court loosy goosy play
lobs, some shotblocking back on D', not great passing..
Bunch of kids skilled vying for jobs & trying to outdo each other the wrong way (i.e. buckets /scoring)
This camp may be good for Derrick Fisher whom verdict is out, as what kind of coach ? he'll be
and whether his heart is in to coaching as his rep. as respected NBAer & former champ ( 5x).
Real camp of learning is Fall, though I am sure some summer players will get
coaching advice on what to work on for ..floor time, ect
Thus a chance to getting invite to Oct. 2015 camp, if you're a 2nd round pick Or some player not drafted.
aaron gordon really looked good

Yeah he is. I wouldn't be. Wouldnt be surprised to see Tobias Harris trade rumors next season if Gordon keeps this up.

Aaron is a power forward right?

The problem with the Knicks is that they are not going to allow this...I think they want to be running the Triangle as soon as they can, and that means players have to play while they also go through a learning process that restricts them a little more than what we see on other teams.

3/4. He played stole a lot of minutes from Harris once he got healthy.
since when do all the refs look like mike tyson?
Frank Kaminsky's defense is terrible.
mreinman wrote:TPercy wrote:Frank Kaminsky's defense is terrible.
topic sentence
Well, his defense is terrible because he easily gets bodied and scored on in the posts, his lack of timing and quickness makes it easy for guards to score on him. He won't have any issue being a threat of an offensive threat. At best, he could be as good as Kevin Love.
When Frank adds more strength I see 20-9-5 numbers from him in his best years...
