I was a huge fan of this pick in 2014. He was considered a steal in the second round since most mocks had him in the first round. Obviously injuries derailed his rookie season but he showed some growth near the end. If he can take a step forward this year then it will definetly strengthen our bench, especially if we want to try and limit melos minutes at first

As usual, we never retain our young players; I don't expect it to be any different with Early and the other dudes
I hope he's decent. He was dreadful last season. He needs to show something, otherwise I'm not sure he's going to be in the league in a few years.
Going to have to step it up. He will likely play as back up to Melo with the Lance Thomas signing.
I have to cut him some slack because of the injuries. He never seemed to get into any kind of groove.
I thought he was very tentative/indecisive much of the time.
At the very least it looks like he can be an excellent defender and a slasher on offense.
I see Early, Thanasis, and Ndour as similar players in some ways. It will be interesting to see how they do in SL.

i hope not. Phil seems to be focusing on building through the draft while our previous GMs werent
fisher had a really quick hook with him which was really gross.
I think the problem with early is he played 4 in college and he really is a 3. He doesnt really have the dribble drive skills needed to play 3 and we just dont know about his jumpshot.

this system did not make anyone look good. And, the players that we had running this packard did not help.

Watched a few games with Early playing and forgot that he was even on the floor. Has to be much more aggressive this season.

I agree - I don't know if I actually saw anything from Early that showed he belonged in the league.

He went from playing 300 minutes to almost a 1,000 minutes. He was a rotation player for parts of last year. The previous year he rarely played.

Melos ws48 fell waay down as well.
Makes me wonder whether or not Lopez's ws48 will go down as well unless we make the side screen and roles our main plays of the triangle.
