Appreciate it man I'm on my tablet and haven't quite figured out how to post links yet. Thanks again.

I like what the article is saying about him though and hope he's onto something with him.

Interesting. Apparently there are two urls for Knickerblogger. If you link to the article from the uk home page you get this url, http://knickerblogger.net/advanced-scout...

"This great ability of finding the open spot on the floor where there are no defenders is a skill that doesn’t show up in the box score. Galdikas is going to revolutionize the NBA with this tactic."

I think the stat that shows up in the box score is A) points, and B) shooting %

"Also notice his soft hands. In every single play, Ovidijus catches the ball cleanly, which makes for a smooth finish"

I can't believe it. In a highlight mix, the guy catches every pass and makes every shot.....just incredible

Looks like a fanboy piece, but I have to say this kid is an intriguing prospect. We have been scouting him for years, why bring him over for the rest of the league to scout him if we didn't intend on signing him.

based on this article, I looks like we have found a future HOFer

He was just kidding around. But I personally think that he should be able to help this team. Im not sure if NY thinks they can play Oquinn at 4? Beyond the two draft picks where our expectations of our team has to be high--they need to play very well--I will be watching Ledo Galdikas and Ndour. I dont see Dray as quick enough I have only small faith in Thansis and the Frech guy --I just dont see a position for him. Id like to see them give Porzingis 2 30 minute runs. He doesnt have to play 4 or 5 games. Just give us 2 games going all out for 32 minutes as one of the featured player. Even if Porzingis can come out and give us a 19 point 8 rebound 4 block 2 assits game in game 1 than we can shut him down with a happy face and concentrate on the other guys. But I want to see 1 really good game from KP.

The dude can only dunk. He has nothing else that can help our team

He has a solid stat line, check the other thread on him. Averages near a DBL DBL with 2 blocks on 73% shooting. Come to think of it, stat line looks close to Deandre Jordan's except our kid is a better FT shooter

You really never know with the euro guys which one can adjust his game to the NBA and become a serviceable player.

I like how Phil is looking for diamonds in the rough overseas. Knicks have come a long way since the days of Weis and Vujanic. Knicks are scouting more aggressively in Europe and the players actually want to come to the Knicks.

I would recommend that if we do like Galdikas that we sign him to a 2-3 year deal for cheaper cash. C can explode in cost quickly and if he really hsow the goods in SL--I mean a couple of 14 point 12 rebounds 4 block games--than give him a 3 year 3mm$ deal.

I remember a Masai Uriji quote on Mosgov (still relatively unkown at that time as anything more than "the rookie Blake dunked on") after the Melo trade. Something along the lines of, "you look up and down the other teams roster, see a young 7 footer, you throw him into the deal."

Lock him up for cheap if you can, he'll still be moveable even if he doesn't impress right away.

Yep at 27 with little usage hes got an 8-10 year career ahead of him. Locking him up for 3 years also makes him an asset.

Would make a decent 3rd stringer.

I still wish we had a chance to bring Vujanic over. He looked like the real deal.

Deandre Jordan turned that one trick into a 87 million dollar contract. LOCK HIM UP!

Am I the only one who is thinking a gladiator film. Spartacus, Maximus and And festivus for the rest of us.
