Am I the only one who isn't laughing at Sacramento? Yes trading draft picks to Philly wasn't a good idea but they have decent team. If they were in the east they'd be a 6th seed
Rondo (motivated to prove the world wrong)
SG Bellinelli...great shooter
SF gay ...Talented
PF cousins...top 10 player
c koufos....Underrated
Pg collison..would be a starter on our team
sg mclemore. ...Talented
sf cassipi...Underrated
pf bargnani...if it wasn't for his contract and trading draft picks I wouldn't hate him
c WCS...talented
This is at least a 40 win team with Karl coaching.
After a 17 win season i cant laugh at anyone yet. I agree i think sacramento can be pretty decent
Everybody in that starting line up are negative defenders apart from koufus.

No i'm definitely with you. They've been quietly making some solid moves and if guys like R.Gay and Rondo can stay healthy they could make some noise for sure.
Their front court has made improvements...
Karl's relationship with Cousins will be interesting, as will his attempt to harness Rondo.
I suppose that in the end it's the Karl/Cousins/Rondo triangle that will determine the fate of this team.
He's a good motivator, maybe he gets these guys playing together and surprises people.
The issue is they gave up last year's lottery pick and the right to swap 2 future firsts- that could easily turn out to be 2 lottery picks. They moved that to sign Bargs, the shadow of Rondo and 2 backups. They fired their coach who was doing well, pissed off their franchise player, fired the replacement coach, fired the gm who fired the first coach (who then re-hired the coach they fired when he landed a Denver job), then the new coach tried to trade the franchise player, then the team tried to fire him. Cousins called Karl a snake on twitter. Karl wants him gone. The owner wants to keep cousins but wants Karl gone but won't fire him because it would cost him too much money.
What's not to like?

Great way to summarize their issues so efficiently.....

I agree.....They are sleepers. But their structure is weak and everything could fall like a new house. With all that talent, who's on the hot seat now this season
Karl?
or
Cousins?
Other than injuries and being in the west, there are no excuses why they shouldn't be successful.
There's only one guy who can shoot the three ball in that possible starting lineup.
they remind me a bit of the knicks under isiah ... good players... on paper you can make a case ... but it's not gonna really work to well.

Rondo will actually thrive under Carl. He will use him the same way he used the Glove. Stein will make them all look good. Rondo and stein combo will be deadly.

Agreed.
WCS is intriguing only if the NBA grind it out regular season suddenly makes him gain the consistent focus he had problems showing in the NCAA.
Even without Bargs, I'm still laughing anyway. Rondo and Karl. Should make for great reality TV. Can't wait to hear those conversations when and if they're miked during timeouts.
They might matter if we were talking about them in the Atlantic Division but they are in the Western Conference and wont really factor until they implode from within
