Lets say other GM's like a player we have (i.e Ndour) can they just sign him from under us during summer league or must summer league be over?
And #2...Is the D-league like MLB minor leagues where your team has your rights and you aint going nowhere, or can someone sign our d_leaguers right form under us?

Any FA can be signed by any team. For you to control a player in the D league you would either have to had drafted him or signed him. There is no true minor leagues--we dont really control any player
Ndour has no contractual obligations with the Knicks. He agreed to play for the SL team. Any team can still sign him.
Same with DLeague. Unless it's one of our guys we have the rights to and sent down to the DLeague, any team could sign them.

The d league isn't like mlb. The Knicks can protect 4 players from the dleague draft that go to camp with them. However they are still free agents in regards to other nba teams. The Knicks also can send down up to 2 players on their 15 man roster to play in Westchester.
