I enjoyed my week in vegas. it basically consisted of watching the knicks games and others from about 1:00pm to 5pm. going back to the hotel and enjoying the strip until 2am. in vegas, on the strip you can get drinks, club or gamble. i really dont know what there is to do. lol.
but what i found interesting was that the PLAYERS WERE THERE TOO. lol. i think that the BK Nets decided to take a filed trip to the casinos. they werent being subtle about either.they were loud (presumably drunk) and spending LOTS of money. (i hope someone walked cliff alexander home cuz he looked tore up). i saw r. upshaw there from the lakers (wasnt he kicked off 2 teams for sub abuse problems). i also saw lance stephenson out there (riding that skateboard hovercraft thing like JR).
Obviously these kids are adults. lol. but are they allowed to openly gamble like that? if so, should they be allowed to? i just found it strange. lol
MJ was a notorious gambler, it was ok back then...MJ used to go to AC when in NY...Arod use to hit the illegal card spots on the upper East Side..
If players start to gamble online using Bitcoin as payment, I don't really see how the league could find out (easily).
Yeah. Just like in other sports they can gamble as much as they want as long as they don't gamble on basketball.
