O'Quinn was my favorite signing this off season I had this feeling this dude was languishing on the ORL bench. Per 35 min stats can definitely be misleading a lot of times but this guy's numbers have been solid when he's had PT. ORL had an awful coach in Jacques Vaughn and the organization has not been run in any way competently the past couple of years and to think they gave up this guy for nothing is kind've crazy. It should've been clear he had talent! But hey im not complaining. This guy is going to be a fan favorite AND to top it off he's a NYer. I think he's going to be awesome for us. Can't wait for this season to start. I think the Knicks could surprise and sneak into the playoffs if they play hard and really compete on D. Well see. I wouldnt be surprised at either a low seeded playoff berth OR a flameout a la last year. Lets hope it's the former! Go Knicks

Oh okay.. I get it now. Political humor always goes over my head. Lol.

Just comparing this years Bigs to last year it's such a massive upgrade in toughness and talent. I know the media isn't excited by anything but big names but Phil and his team were looking for those hidden gems and I feel they found it in KOQ and Seraphin. Guys who were waisting away in limited roles. These are confident guys too. They believe they're better players than they may have been labeled and they play with that Chip on the shoulder.
