I guess this happens every year with cuts.

I think Phil is going to watch who gets cut and if Thanasis doesn't impress, he probably gets cut to make way for someone else imo.

A lot of the partial guarantees are being used as sort of advances to get guys into the NBDL - where they can only be paid $25,000 a year or something.

Really the problem is the NBDL and the way the roster works with the NBA.

I agree but those guys sent to the nbdl are free agents as far as the nba is concerned. I think there will be some good players waived.
