i'm ok with that. i think kinda all saw that coming. he needs to get playing time and experience. i think hell learn by making mistakes but hell learn. a couple things i want to see are:
- learning how to attack closeouts...just cant be a 7ft spot up shooter
- improved defensive awareness
- better stamina
- improved strength
oops... just posted similar, but yea. I like this. Surround him with vets, give him a simple role, shoot it when your open and be aggressive on defense. I love this actually. All those guys want him to succeed and if we can get this to work we start the games with so much length up front.
Good news. KP is 19, but he's been a pro player for a few years now. I won't make any predictions, but I do believe Porzingis is mature enough to start from day one. Im looking forward to seeing a relatively stable lineup which I believe will allow him to progress more rapidly.
On a video game, starting KP, with Rolo and Melo makes since. Hopefully KP and Rolo can bring that twin tower rim protection on defense. On offense, it will be interesting to see how KP produces.....Will he be just a Steve Novak type, with a mid range jumper? Or will he be more involved, due to the movement of the triangle offense. Watching him develop makes this an interesting season.

No longer a teenager...turned 20 on 8/2/15.
Still young at heart, though.

Depends. If he's north of the border or south, anything goes!
