You shouldn't trust anything you read in The Post, about anything really, but especially about The Knicks. I mean, who knows they may be right, but they might just be trying to scare you. Because they hate Knicks fans.

Derrick is better suited for the 2nd unit with the Galloway/Grant backcourt, as evidenced by preseason games 1 through 6.

When it comes to Monroe, it's really going to be more about how he matches up against RoLo. Last time Monroe played against us, when he was still with the Pisstons obviously, he didn't do so well. And that was when we had less protection at the rim and weaker interior defense in general.

I saw the bucks last preseason game where monroe shot 2-12 and looked completely loss in his 21 minutes. Not saying this will be the norm, but he surely didn't look like a perfect fit, He definitely didn't look like a max player by any stretch.
Melo with his career 29pg and 7rbs avg against the bucks, should have similar numbers tonight, against suspect defender chris copeland

Monroe provided NO kind of rim protection, so you hope we can take advantage of that. He also looked as slow as he did last year when he played us in the final game.
I hope we don't pay too much attention to him in the post...I would let Lopez and KOQ deal with him 1/1 and limit his passing opportunities. Only decent shot he showed was a hook in that final preseason game.
